The Adventure Clubhouse reservation form is for school or educational groups of 15 or more. Parties of less than 15 may either purchase tickets over the phone through the ticket office or purchase online at dmplayhouse.com. Please call 515-277-6261 to purchase tickets between the hours of 12:00-5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. Tickets for groups of 15 or more are $5 per person regardless of age. Complimentary tickets are available to students on the free and reduced lunch program. A building percentage is typically used to determine final student cost.

Number of Students*

Please request the number of seats you realistically expect to need for your group. You may want to "pad" your request by a few seats if you anticipate class growth, however over requesting seats may prevent another group from attending. You may add tickets to your reservation at any time if tickets are available. Final ticket numbers are required 4 weeks prior to your performance. Infants and toddlers require a ticket and should be included in your count.

Please include all teachers, associates, parent chaperones and bus drivers if applicable. The Playhouse does not have a minimum chaperone requirement, and assumes each group will have enough adults to adequately chaperone their students based on their own group's policies.

If you are unsure about your building percentage, please go to the Iowa Department of Education website, educateiowa.gov, to locate this information, or ask your administrator. We use this data to determine your building's cost, even if your district participates in the USDA's Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).

The Playhouse will do everything possible to ensure your group gets into one of your first two choices. However, due to the intimate size of both our theatres, spaces do fill up quickly. Please indicate here an alternate date and/or time that would work for you.

Seating Requests and Other Services

The Playhouse is committed to remaining accessible to all patrons. Please indicate any special needs you would like us to be aware of such as mobility limitations, visual or hearing impairments, etc. Please consider both your students and all adults attending with your group.*

ASL interpretation and/or audio description may be available upon request, but we do ask for 6 weeks notice. Please note N/A if not applicable to your group.

Payment is due four weeks prior to performance. If payment is late, my seats may be released to other groups at The Playhouse's discretion.
This Reservation Request Form is not a guarantee of a reservation. If I do not receive confirmation from The Playhouse within two weeks, it is my responsibility to reach out to [email protected].
All sales are final. The Playhouse does not provide refunds or exchanges if anyone is absent on the day of performance.
If I need to drop seats or cancel my reservation, I have until four weeks prior to performance. When that deadline passes, I am responsible for payment for all seats in my reservation.
