• All sales are final.
• There are no refunds or cancellations. Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the performance by calling The Playhouse box office at 515-277-6261 or, toll-free, 1-877-862-5621. Ticket office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 12:00 PM Noon-6:00 PM, and two hours prior to shows.
• Best available seats will be assigned. Use the shopping cart feature to compare available seats on multiple nights, or to purchase tickets to multiple titles.

• All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

• Although there are no age restrictions, parents should use discretion regarding appropriateness of some shows.

• All phone and online orders are subject to service, ticketing and processing fees.

• Playhouse season ticket holders are not subject to most fees. Season ticket holders wanting to purchase additional tickets to shows must use their assigned coupon code. Failure to do so will result in being charged full price for tickets with no refund.

• When using a coupon code, click on Validate Coupon and confirm the code has been accepted. If you place the online order and the coupon code has not been validated, you will be charged full price with no refund. If you are uncertain the coupon code has been accepted, contact The Playhouse ticket office, 515-277-6261.
• Gift Certificates, Guest Passes and some coupons are not redeemable online. If you have a gift certificate or guest pass, do not place an online order. If you place the online order, the Gift Certificate or Guest Pass will not be applied and you will be charged full price with no refund. Gift Certificates and Guest Passes can be redeemed at The Playhouse ticket office, 515-277-6261.
• Payment must accompany reservation. The Playhouse accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Cash and check sales are accepted at The Playhouse ticket office and by mail.
• Your tickets will be held under your name at the theatre ticket office. Tickets are not mailed.
• Groups of 15 or more make your reservations by calling group sales, 515-974-5358 or, toll-free, 1-877-862-5621 ext. 211.

Season Tickets for both The Playhouse Mainstage and Kate Goldman Children's Theatre are available by calling The Playhouse ticket office, 515-277-6261 or, toll-free, 1-877-862-5621. Ticket office hours are Tuesday-Friday, Noon – 6:00 PM.

School Matinee reservations may be made by calling Robin Spahr, education registrar, 515-974-5365 or, toll-free, 1-877-862-5621 ext. 230. Robin's hours are Monday-Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Friday Funday reservations may be made by calling The Playhouse ticket office, 515-277-6261 or, toll-free, 1-877-862-5621. Ticket office hours are Tuesday-Friday, Noon – 6:00 PM.
